NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN FÜR SPRACHNACHRICHTEN
Mit dem Absenden einer Sprachnachricht als Beitrag zum Gemeinschaftsprojekt über einen der vom Kunstprojekt Memoria Maestra bereitgestellten Kanäle erklärt der Absender, die folgenden Nutzungsbedingungen gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben:
Nutzungsgenehmigung
Mit dem Absenden Ihrer Sprachnachricht ermächtigen Sie Pilar Galilea und das Kunstprojekt Memoria Maestra ausdrücklich, diesen Inhalt oder dessen Transkription und Übersetzung ganz oder teilweise in jeglicher physischer oder digitaler Form, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf soziale Netzwerke, Websites wie www.pilargalilea.com, Audio- und audiovisuellen Plattformen, in der Presse oder anderen mit dem Projekt verbundenen Medien.
Bild- und Stimmrechte
Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass Ihre Sprachaufzeichnung oder Auszüge daraus ohne zusätzliche Genehmigung und ohne Anspruch auf finanzielle Entschädigung im In- und Ausland als Teil der kreativen, kommunikativen oder dokumentarischen Werke von Memoria Maestra öffentlich verwendet werden dürfen.
Verantwortung für den Inhalt
Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, dass der Inhalt Ihrer Nachricht keine Rechte Dritter verletzt, nicht beleidigend oder diffamierend ist und nicht gegen geltende Vorschriften verstößt. Pilar Galilea behält sich das Recht vor, Nachrichten oder Auszüge daraus, die nicht dem Geist oder der redaktionellen Linie des Projekts entsprechen, nicht zu verwenden.
Personenbezogene Daten
Ihr Name und Ihr Wohnort oder Ihr Wohnsitzland können in Verbindung mit der Urheberschaft der eingereichten Geschichte veröffentlicht werden. Sollten Sie in Ihrer Nachricht weitere personenbezogene Daten angeben, werden diese ausschließlich im Rahmen des Projekts Memoria Maestra verwendet.
Widerruf der Einwilligung
Wenn Sie diese Einwilligung zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt widerrufen möchten, können Sie sich an pilargalilea@gmail.com wenden. Wenn Ihre Nachricht jedoch bereits veröffentlicht oder in bereits verbreiteten Materialien enthalten ist, kann sie nicht rückwirkend gelöscht werden.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO DE MENSAJES DE VOZ
Al enviar un mensaje de voz para formar parte del Relato Colaborativo a través de cualquiera de los canales habilitados por el proyecto artístico Memoria Maestra, el/la remitente declara haber leído y aceptado los siguientes términos y condiciones:
Autorización de uso
Al enviar su mensaje de voz, usted autoriza expresamente a Pilar Galilea y al proyecto artístico Memoria Maestra a utilizar, reproducir, editar, adaptar, comunicar y publicar dicho contenido o su transcripción y traducción, en forma total o parcial, en cualquier medio físico o digital, incluyendo pero no limitado a redes sociales, sitio web como www.pilargalilea.com, plataformas de audio, audiovisuales, prensa u otros soportes vinculados con el proyecto.
Derechos de imagen y voz
Usted acepta que su relato de voz o fragmentos de él pueden ser utilizados públicamente en territorio nacional e internacional, como parte de las piezas creativas, comunicacionales o documentales de Memoria Maestra, sin requerirse una autorización adicional y sin derecho a compensación económica alguna.
Responsabilidad del contenido
Usted es responsable de que el contenido de su mensaje no infrinja derechos de terceros, no sea ofensivo, difamatorio, ni vulnere ninguna normativa vigente. Pilar Galilea se reserva el derecho de no utilizar mensajes o fragmentos de ellos que no se ajusten al espíritu o línea editorial del proyecto.
Datos personales
Su nombre y ciudad o país de residencia, podrá ser publicado en asociación a la autoría del relato enviado y en caso de que usted entregue más información personal en su mensaje, esta sólo será utilizada en el marco del proyecto Memoria Maestra.
Revocación del consentimiento
Si en algún momento desea revocar esta autorización, puede escribir a pilargalilea@gmail.com. Sin embargo, si su mensaje ya ha sido publicado o incorporado en materiales ya difundidos, no será posible eliminarlo retroactivamente.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF VOICE MESSAGES
By sending a voice message to be part of the Collaborative Story through any of the channels enabled by the Memoria Maestra art project, the sender declares that they have read and accepted the following terms and conditions:
Authorisation of use
By sending your voice message, you expressly authorise Pilar Galilea and the Memoria Maestra art project to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, communicate and publish said content or its transcription and translation, in whole or in part, in any physical or digital medium, including but not limited to social networks, websites such as www.pilargalilea.com, audio platforms, audiovisual media, press or other media related to the project.
Image and voice rights
You agree that your voice recording or parts of it may be used publicly in any country as part of the creative, communicational or documentary works of Memoria Maestra, without requiring additional authorisation and without the right to any financial compensation.
Responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring that the content of your message does not infringe on the rights of third parties, is not offensive or defamatory, and does not violate any applicable regulations. Pilar Galilea reserves the right not to use messages or parts of it that do not conform to the spirit or editorial line of the project.
Personal
Your name and city or country of residence may be published in association with the authorship of the story submitted. If you provide additional personal information in your message, it will only be used within the framework of the Memoria Maestra project.
Revocation of consent
If at any time you wish to revoke this authorisation, you can write to pilargalilea@gmail.com. However, if your message has already been published or incorporated into materials that have already been disseminated, it will not be possible to remove it retroactively.
